By using uptakeconsultants.com, booking a consultation, or communicating with us, you agree to these terms. UpTake Consulting LLC provides marketing and growth consulting services to businesses.

2. Consultations

Consultation calls are offered to qualifying businesses. Booking a call does not create a client relationship; any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.

3. Results disclaimer

Any revenue, ROAS, or growth figures shown on this site are examples of results achieved by specific clients. They are not guarantees or projections. Your results depend on your market, offer, operations, budget, and execution.

4. SMS messaging terms

  • Program description: By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from UpTake Consulting LLC about your consultation — including confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, and related follow-up.
  • Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to agree to receive text messages in order to buy any goods or services from us.
  • Message frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to approximately 4 messages per month.
  • Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.
  • Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages after that.
  • Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or email Contact@uptakeconsultants.com.
  • Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Privacy: No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site, attempt to disrupt it, or use our content without permission. All site content is owned by UpTake Consulting LLC.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UpTake Consulting LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our communications.
